1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Tiddee platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Tiddee is an on-demand platform connecting customers with verified laundry and cleaning service providers across South Africa. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communications between customers and providers.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to provider availability. Prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed through our secure payment partners. You agree to pay all charges associated with your bookings.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
6. Service Providers
All service providers on Tiddee are independently verified. However, Tiddee acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not the direct employer of any service provider. Providers are independent contractors responsible for the quality of their work.
7. Liability
Tiddee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes should first be raised through our in-app support system. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through mediation in accordance with South African law, with Johannesburg as the jurisdiction.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
